The Sign of the Cross
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Morning Offering
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You all my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day, for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, in reparation for my sins, for the intentions of all my associates, and for the general intention recommended this month by the Holy Father. Amen.

The Lord's Prayer
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hail Mary
Hail Mary, full of grace! The Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Glory
Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

Angel of God
Angel of God, my guardian dear, to whom His love entrusts me here, ever this day be at my side to light and guard, to rule and guide. Amen.

Prayer before Meals
Bless us, O Lord, and these Your gifts, which we are about to receive, from Your bounty, through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Prayer after Meals
We give You thanks, Almighty God, for all Your benefits.  May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

The Angelus (at Noon)
V. The Angel of the Lord declared unto Mary.

R. And she conceived by the Holy Spirit.

    Hail Mary, etc.

V. Behold the handmaid of the Lord.

R. Be it done to me according to Your word.

     Hail Mary, etc.

V. And the Word was made flesh.

R. And dwelt among us.

    Hail Mary, etc.

V. Pray for us, O holy Mother of God.

R. That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

Let us pray: Pour forth, we beseech You, O Lord, Your grace into our hearts that we, to whom the incarnation of Christ, Your Son, was made known by the message of an angel, may by His Passion and Cross be brought to the glory of His Resurrection, through the same Christ our Lord. Amen.

Prayer to the Holy Spirit
O Holy Spirit, eternal God with the Father and Son, who sees all my actions and counts all my steps, from whom no thought is hidden, enlighten me that I may clearly see what evil I have done today, and what good I have left undone. Move my heart that I may sincerely repent and amend my life. Amen.

Examination of Conscience
What sins have I committed in thought, word, deed, and omission, against God, neighbor, and self?

Act of Contrition
O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended You, and I detest all my sins, because I dread the loss of the heaven and the pains of hell, but most of all because they offend You, my God, who are good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of Your grace, to confess my sins, to do penance and to amend my life. Amen.

OR

O my God, I am sorry for my sins with all my heart.  In choosing to do wrong and failing to do good, I have sinned against You and Your church.  I firmly intend, with Your help, to do penance, to sin no more, and to avoid whatever leads me to sin.  Amen.

An Act of Faith
O my God, I firmly believe that You are one God in three Divine Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. I believe that Your Divine Son became man and died for our sins, and that He will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe these all the truths which the Holy Catholic Church teaches, because You revealed them, who can neither deceive nor be deceived.  Amen.

An Act of Hope
O my God, relying on Your infinite goodness and promises, I hope to obtain pardon for my sins, the help of Your grace and life everlasting, through the merits of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Redeemer. Amen.

An Act of Love
O my God, I love you above all things, with my whole heart and soul, because You are all good and worthy of all my love. I love my neighbor as myself for the love of You. I forgive all who have injured me, and I ask pardon of all whom I have injured. Amen.

Closing Invocation
Holy Mother of Jesus, my guardian angel, St. Joseph and my holy patron saint, protect me during this night and during my whole life, especially at the hour of my death. Amen.

Prayer to Saint Joseph
St. Joseph, you are the chaste and loving spouses of the Virgin Mary, the foster father of Jesus, the protector and provider of the Holy Family and all families. We have complete confidence in your loving care for new life and in your fidelity to the family. We commend our efforts to your prayers and protection. Help us always to defend the gift of human life that it may grow to the abundance of eternal life promised and bestowed on us by your son, our bother, Jesus Christ. Amen.

Prayer to Saint Michael
St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares o the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray, and do thou, O Prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.

Prayer to Patron Saint
Great Saint _________, who at my baptism was chosen as my guardian and under whose patronage I became an adopted child of God and solemnly renounced Satan, his works and allurements, assist me by your powerful intercession in the fulfillment of these sacred promises. Amen.

Hail, Holy Queen
Hail, holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, our life, our sweetness, and our hope!
To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve;
to thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this valley of tears.
Turn then, O most gracious advocate, thine eyes of mercy toward us,
and after this our exile, show unto us the Blessed Fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary.
Pray for us, O holy Mother of God, that we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

Prayer of Saint Francis
Lord, make me an instrument of Your peace.
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is darkness, light; and where there is sadness, joy.
Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console;
to be understood as to understand;
to be loved as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive;
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
